I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was immaculately clean. The restaurant served delicious food and the surroundings were top quality yet relaxed. The pool area, though small, was clean and sufficient. it was a fantastic experience!

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. Its location is serene; it's beyond the hustle and bustle of the main town which allows for peacefulness. the setting next to the river made for picturesque views from our room. the staff were attentive, polite and English-speaking. the breakfast was worth the cost and plentiful. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable, and the Russian banya was a real treat. Lastly, the large pool and children's area made for an enjoyable and playful afternoon.

There was some confusion over the swimming pool hours, but it got resolved swiftly by the helpful staff.

The hotel offered free parking and Wi-Fi, which was very convenient. the location was great, close to transport and in a quiet area. the open area near the river was a nice and relaxing addition to the hotel.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and could have been better. the swimming pool was only accessible in the morning and evening, which may not have been convenient for all guests.

The pool was great to swim in and the breakfast was yummy, with a good variety of food. , the location was perfect for us - close to the main attractions and with a great view of the river.

The staff was not helpful when it came to answering our questions about the area and things to do. , the room we had was outdated and smelled bad, which made our stay less enjoyable.
